DESTINED
I am sososo excited for this fourth book and the title is just so fitting! Luckily, Amazon.uk listed Destined a little early so I got to officially tell you the title just a bit sooner than I expected.
Before you ask, I don't have cover art yet, but I expect that next month--early November at the latest.
(Also, in case anyone is worried, yes, I do realized that Destined is also the name of the new House of Night book that is coming out this fall and that is the reason it has taken so long to announce. But the sales and marketing people finally decided that our books are so different--not to mention coming out six months apart--that there would be minimal confusion. I'm really, really excited they let me keep the title because, seriously, it just works so well with the whole book!)
In other exciting news, I finished the first draft of the first book in my new series today!!!! I still have several weeks of editing to do before it's even ready to go to my editor for approval, but it still feels like a big step and make me super happy today!

Love your books and you are an excellent writer! You have an amazing imagination and make it seem almost plausible that there are faeries. I wish it were true. I am 50+ and can't wait for the 4th book. I too live in AZ (Scottsdale) and have been in the Valley since 1970.

Omg I'm sooo excited! Throughout my whole weekdays of this week, i couldn't read Illusions due to school. And Friday night I went to a birthday party. AND RIGHT WHEN I CAME HOME, I picked up Illusions and read it from start to finish till 4AM. And now I can't believe I have to wait almost another year just for the next book! Arrrghh, this is agony. Anywho, I REALLY CAN'T WAIT FOR DESTINED TO COME OUT<3333 She's destined to be with Tamani, yes? YES??? :D

I'm so anxious to read "Destined" when it comes out!! I've just finished "Illusions" and I must say that it was a most wonderful read. I love this entire series. It always draws me away to a more inspiring place.

Jamison probably dies in Destined because he said his job isn't done to Laurel when she asks him why he didn't join the tree when he wanted to.

The LAST book, OMG LAUREL you better end with TAMANI, honestly.. if she doesnt end with him, this series will be the biggest dissapointment to me :(, tamani is just awesome(if world had more man like him...what a wonderful word :p) Anyways.. I mus confess..sometimes i wanted to punch Laurel..to see if she ever realized that she has to be with Tamani. By the way, David got very intesnse in the last book.. too intense for my taste.. and as yuki said. i never "saw" what she sae on him.. sorry David, truth hurts..
